Issue has been resolved - the fix is now Live.
Problem has been identified a fix is getting rolled out. It can take up to an hour for the fix to propagate across all systems once it finished to be rolled out. In the meantime, disabling SSL verification is a good workaround to get your scrapers back up and running.
A number of users are currently returning an SSL certificate error when submitting requests. Our team is actively working to restore access to the service with top priority.
